It provides me with a clear and complete view of our financial operations from start to end also automation solves the manual work of repetitive tasks such as payment reminders.
The initial implementation and customization process can be complex and time consuming, requiring strong technical support and change management. User training is also essential due to the syetem depth.
It requires a lot training to know to use it properly and some of its menu is a bit confusing and it relies on the speed of internet.
The templates regarding reporting are limited and not very user friendly also due to updates the workflow breaks.
