Few things that need to be considered while deploying/using the platform: - Steep learning curve - many users, even after several months of experience with it, still feel that the navigation and setup can be overwhelming, especially without proper training - Heavy reliance on customizations - telecom billing and cost-location scenarios often require extensions, which increase deployment time and cost - Performance slowdowns during peak processing - month-end, large batch jobs, or complex reports sometimes slow down the system.

Fast Track and BD Team are really good, the collaboration and relationship works really well. Product (D365) lacks several basic functions for which ISVs had to be implemented. Good (implementation) Partner network. Solutions provided by the technical team (MS) to problems encountered are below average. Good knowledge sharing forums from the CABs. Embedded automations / agents (for efficiency gains) in the product are a long way to being deploy-able at scale for all environments (especially if there are customisations in)
