The product excels in conditional access policies and multifactor authentication, giving us fine-grained control with minimal user friction. Features like identity governance, lifecycle management, and privileged identity management have improved our security posture while reducing administrative overhead. From a user perspective, the experience is smooth-single sign-on works reliably access all major apps and reduces login fatigue. From an admin perspective, the portal is intuitive, and reporting/monitoring tools provide actionable insights.
