Implemented as the primary consent management tool for our marketing organization (so far keeping all marketing and cookie consents). Workflow automation and data subject look up works great. Note that not all parts of the solution have been implemented at this stage, so overall experience might change slightly as we progress.

The process is really easy to setup, with multiple built-in integrations in place. You have the flexibility to design the workflow and starting forms/entry points for the process. The main problem is when debugging an issue when the process fails - if you don't have enough logging in your implementation, it's hard to find the details, as the logs contain a full list of messages that were sent/received through the whole workflow.

Datagrail has been a strong solution for streamlining and scaling our privacy operations. The platform has reduced manual work and improved our response times and audit readiness.

Very easy to use and they keep up to date with changing regulations.

The setup team was extremely helpful, with strong documentation and consistent support for our team across all requests.
