Mitel Summit was our first solution from mitel. It helped us integrating voice and audio in our applications. Earlier we used our own custom frameworks for providing communication medium which required very deep debugging and manpower. We started using summit because of its scalability to handle such a load of our client applications. And we can integrate our own developed APIs with this.
