Vonage offers extremely intuitive and easy-to-integrate API's, backed by an outstanding customer success team that is always ready to support us.
Decent and real time Dashboard/logs, API was easy to set-up and account rep./sales person has been very responsive.
What I appreciated most was their service and support by the Brazilian sales team, always trying to find the right person to solve our issues, enhance our usage and secure a good deal for both parties.
I haven't experienced any weaknesses with this product.
Uptime issues, customer service response(s) time and ability to dissect and deliver a solution and feeling that our company is just a number to corporate.
For areas needing improvement, I can identify a few: The documentation in certain sections could benefit from more detailed explanations on how specific features work. The US sales team could have a more pro-customer approach, like the Brazilian team. A more intuitive management panel for the video API would be good. Lastly, the pricing is more expensive than other competitors.

How Vonage's Persistent Support Ensured a Successful Migration
We first learned about Vonage at an event while we were still using a competitor's service. The sales team in Brazil provided excellent support, they were always courteous, proactive and committed to understanding our needs to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. After negotiations, we decided to migrate to Vonage. The migration process, however, presented some complexities due to technical differences to the old provider. We faced integration challenges, but the Brazilian sales team helped us during this phase, acting as a bridge between our team and Vonage's engineering and product teams to guarantee the necessary support.
