I prefer discussing complex topics directly, particularly regarding new procedures like the registration of alpha headers. With the ACMA deadline approaching, I need clarification on how Vonage is managing this process. Specifically, will this be handled via your dashboard? Other providers have been very proactive, and I want to ensure our company remains aligned with industry standards to best support our customers. Our clients have been extremely compliant, and my goal is to shield them from additional paperwork. I am looking for Vonage to help make this transition as seamless as possible for them. I feel a little lost. On a technical note, your team has been excellent in working with our developers to resolve connection issues during our recent platform change. We truly appreciate the continued great service in that area. I look forward to your guidance on the registration process.
Pricing is hard to understand; technical support can be difficult to work with and customers are unhappy with the performance of the service.
It's not so much a dislike, as the realisation Vonage has a wider proposition with their service than we have. This means that they have to focus more on (backwards) compatibility than just security, which is more of a focus for us. Second is more in regards to the service surrounding their service, where I personally feel I have had to send reminders more than I would initially like to. Honestly, I can't think of a third one.
