Prompt service from the account manager.
The product is stable, sometimes there is an error / defect that occurs, but it is under 5 incidents per year. Hence, resulting the smooth process of onboarding and transaction processing of the end user (customer)
Pricing - could be better optimized for mixed-volume portfolios, where large and small business units share the same enterprise account. As with many other tools, analytics can always be improved, i.e. more granular and customizable.
The technical support for any enquiries is not prompt that does not match up to the pace of my organisation.
The product is quite advanced in terms of 'open-source' technology (i.e : using APIs). and the easy integration with the product.. The support team provides a good support with clear explanation related on how to address the issue hence we are in good hands
