Mix Telematics has been good for our company so far. We just implemented Mix back in October. I am still learning how to use it. But we have been able to track all installed assets not only vehicles, but equipment as well, and that is a huge factor in why we switched to Mix! Their GPS units have been extremely reliable.

There install team has been tremendously on point with installations. They have installed hundreds of units for our vehicles, trailers, & equipment assets in such a short amount of time! I really like how easy it is to report vehicle mileage, which we use for reporting taxes, especially for our New York DOT vehicles. And their support team has been very helpful. They answer and resolve our issues right away. Mix is a great company to work with while our business continues to grow. They have the support staff to help us as we grow.

Vehicle tracking

Billing. Allocating the installations with the correct locations on the accounting side has been a big issue. There are locations mixed in with other locations on the same installation bill causing issues on the backend. Some of the live reporting features are difficult to use. I think I need a demo from the mix team to explain more. I don't have access yet to create users myself, that is something I like to have the ability to do. I had that ability on our previous GPS system.

Not compatible with new products. Always behind the curve and playing catch up with new hard ware. Unable to fix issues.
