The concept was ok, but the results and the database wasn't overwhelming, so in order to setup the campaign, it required a lot of work, and the campaign results weren't satisfactory.

    Very pleased with the tool itself, very efficient. We also had and have good contacts with the different people managing the campaigns. Only point to review is the reports we asked for our QBRs and that were not detailed enough for us to use them and measure ROI
