Easy access to vehicle and driver profiles and options to customize features to fit our company's needs.
i like the app is user friendly and connected to the in cab camera .
That they generally do not let us remove ELDs until the end of our yearly contract, and our fleet various on the season.
1) Inability to individually assign safety coaches to drivers based on our company structure 2) Constant firmware updating that does not always automatically push through 3) No notification of a disconnect if a driver unplugs a GPS or dashcam device (The disconnect report and alerts are not accurate all of the time)

Tripping Over Glitches: Issues Despite Proper Usage
Glitches in the system are our biggest gripe. Examples include split sleeper provision not being applied when it was done properly, random people being assigned trips where a different driver was in the truck all day, 14 hour violations occurring even though the driver was compliant.
