It's a very good tool to implement design thinking, it helps too in ideation sessions, and to categorize content to get a priority love the reactions that we can use in the canvas.
Visual collaboration across departments and countries. Material and assets sharing within the context: it's really easy to upload material, documents, images, videos. Templates for journey mapping, brainstorming and campaign planning.
I can't think of anything specific that I dislike about Mural, as every feature - from its intuitive interface to its powerful collaboration tools - consistently enhances my workflow and leaves me very satisfied with the experience.
Limited mobile and tablet functionality is difficult to interact with the posits on these devices. When the project is too big, we have performance issues.
Board clutter over time: Large boards can become visually overwhelming. Performance with heavy content: when the boards are loaded with high-resolution visuals, loading can become slow. Onboarding for new users sometimes needs guidance.
