It's a very good tool to implement design thinking, it helps too in ideation sessions, and to categorize content to get a priority love the reactions that we can use in the canvas.
The design options allow differnt types of participants to be adressed more individually. In particular, more reserved people who are more reticent in face-to-face meetings can be adressed even more effectivly. In addition the moderator can use ready-made templates to repeat meetings and brainstorming seession very quickly. One simple aspect of this is the time and cost saving, Often people come together in one place for such meeting. Here, everything can be organized online. In addition to that, Mural can easily connect with other solutions.
I can't think of anything specific that I dislike about Mural, as every feature - from its intuitive interface to its powerful collaboration tools - consistently enhances my workflow and leaves me very satisfied with the experience.
Limited mobile and tablet functionality is difficult to interact with the posits on these devices. When the project is too big, we have performance issues.
The user management is not as flexible. There are only members or guests and there is no distinction between admins and normal participants who are not design murals themselves. The definition of guests is related on domains.
