Mural is user-friendly and has role-based access. The software smoothly integrates with other meeting solutions. Ability of the product in streamlining communication and improving productivity. Availability of unlimited digital workspace and software compliant with state data protection standards. Use of the software ensures informed decision making which inturn increases productivity. Software flexible pricing and unlimited customization.

I can't think of anything specific that I dislike about Mural, as every feature - from its intuitive interface to its powerful collaboration tools - consistently enhances my workflow and leaves me very satisfied with the experience.

I find it difficult to map workflows, lay out text and manage font size, or lay out objects in relationship to others in a way I want. Navigating the different rooms (personal and org) can be hard.

Mural is a very helpful tool - as Product Owner I use it to create roadmaps for products. I'm glad that I can use some templates because it makes my work much easier and I can work faster. Nice thing is that you can collaborate on a project with your team, make some brainstorms or you can prepare materials for some workshops or courses and facilitate it through Mural. You can connect your Mural with Slack, Jira and many other tools which are used in project management.
