Its a premier IP unified communication system . User licensing is simplified as compared to other products in the market . Wide range of mobility application & devices. System capacity is maximum .

Product reliability. Reliability is a critical need as we are a 24/7/265 hospital.

Having to delete a call pickup group to make any additions or deletions.

Even for a seasoned IT staff modification and changes seems to be complicated and cannot be fucntioned with proper training .Also does not support inbuilt call recording .
