easy process, long relationship
The console UI is laid out nicely, so that we can easily configure and reconfigure our systems as well as maintain the latest drivers and dpq. Product support is fast professional and responsive.
There is very little to dislike. However, some advanced and new features could benefit from clearer documentation or more streamlined configuration workflows, especially for teams implementing the platform for the first time.
Prise negotiation windows was limited
We've maxed out so we'll have to purchase another add on for our system.
