The ability to profile documents for easy searching later is something my users take advantage of daily. They can profile these documents to get down to very specific details, from who created the document to who typed up the document.
I have to say the speed of the product and the ability to manage documents without a hitch. Even cooperating with others to use NetDocuments isn't too bad. Definitely the speed of use including uploading and downloading.
With great integration comes some complexities that many of our users cannot overcome. We are getting a lot of repeat issues regarding ndClick. Many of our users struggle logging back into the service as the I want to use my company login is buried under several different links.
I am not sure on the integration with hand-held or mobile devices. Sometimes when a window is open (e.g., on opening a document) it is not possible to access a document, which can be a challenge under pressure. Sometimes documents are closed but appear checked out, which is a system flaw.

Efficient Document Management with NetDocuments
NetDocuments is excellent. It is efficient in terms of document management and is intuitive for users. Its integration with other software such as DocuSign is both practical and effective. The ability to edit online is also remarkable. I think the only limitation is integration with hand-held devices and that depends more on the admin side than on the software side - otherwise I think it is probably excellent there as well. I am so impressed!
