Ease of Use, Administration is easy, search feature is powerful.
I believe it is super simple to use and intuitive.
Documents can be shared easily for editing and co-writing. It is simple to find and share documents. We need to isolate specific folders by teams and this product will help us to realize this.
Mainly that it is becoming more expensive to maintain - as mentioned above we're on Prem at the moment, and whilst I appreciate we won't directly see the financial benefit, it will reduce the local burden on the IT team.
UI challenges and inconsistencies as previously discussed.
We could have a malfunction with the complement integrated to Office suite. However, it is complicated to identify if the problem is on Office or on this product.

iManage is a good service for what it provides, though ultimately there are some silly pain points that would be fixed with simple, centralized UI fixes. Think a landing page with all relevant workspaces for an in-house department, and you may only access that which you are permissioned for.
