The CASB visibility is what we like the most. Understanding exactly which cloud apps are in use and enforcing security policies on them has been a major improvement to our compliance posture.

- Integrates well with the existing Netskope SSL inspection capability we had deployed. - No new agent deployment required as we were already running the SSL inspection product. - No user action required. It is transparent to the end-user and doesn't impact user experience. - SD-WAN capability can be used for many different use cases.
While the agent is mostly stable, we sometimes experience interoperability issues when it runs alongside other endpoint security products. Resolving these conflicts often requires support tickets and can be time-consuming.
Missing some basic features, like excluding a POP being used, but most importantly the lack of proper support. when i say support i aslo mean pro-active monitoring or any kind of monitoring. It's nice to have a stats page, but it's almost always green even after major outages surface.
A bit too flexible... there can sometimes be too many ways to accomplish something which can lead to confusion and hamper troubleshooting. There are also many backend flags that control what options you have access to... this results in having to engage the vendor to have options enabled.
