The product has been a front runner for us over the years, but technical support has not been the best. Account reps are relentless about renewing. Due to new technologies products its not cost-effective product. The product is expensive and takes up a lot of on prem resources. We went through the onboarding process twice very cumbersome and hard to manage. I would recommend getting references from other folks that have used this product.
