I really like the UI and what is provided out of the box. The one thing I would like more of is automated alerts for key AWS resources.
Very in depth metrics. Clean user interface. Fast to query data at most times.
Breadth of services all tied to relatively easy pricing models. The AI features are quite nice and its great to be able to just ask whats on fire to see services that are red or having issues quickly. Its also been helpful in troubleshooting production issues.
I wish there were automated alerts for key AWS services that could just be tweaked to fit our use cases. Alerting is very complicated and easy to get wrong so this would really help with getting off the ground.
Overall very expensive, could be more UI friendly, some downtime in the past.
Better Finops FOCUS support and transparency into individual service consumption that leverage new relic for bill back purposes are limited.
