NICE has been adequate for our users, evaluators, and trainers. The look and feel however has become antiquated and desperately needs an update. Also, we have enjoyed the ability to record screens and audio for calls, but the download format for video is limited.

The monitoring solution, nice sentinel is not the best, its not reliable. The support sometime has not the requiered expertice, you need to scale a few tier until they have a guy with knodledge

The user design is antiquated and the video download file types are very limited. I would love it if I could accomplish my edits and redactions with with one tool. However, the file format for video and audio require me to use separate programs.

    Good system for it's time, but needs updating

    This systems has worked well so far for monitoring and training our patient experience assistants and administrative professionals, but the interface is quite antiquated and features short when compared to competitors. We are moving to a new systems for this solution.

    Implementation was easy, but too many servers are required, even for small implementations

    The Nice Engage Solution is an evolution of preview versions, with cool new features like Nice Search. As the look and feel of the end user interface is the same as preview versions, end users do not have to be reeducated making the transition easier. The solution remain strong and Nice Enginners were fast and accurate in order to solve the problems
