It has simplified the implementation process a lot, now its all automatic. The user interfaces is simple and very intuitive
This solution is fairly straight forward, so components of the product are relatively easy to learn and train on.
NICE has been satisfactory to this point, doing exactly what we've needed it to do. Audio and video have been relatively easy to capture, and feedback/evaluations are simple to create and distribute.
The monitoring solution, nice sentinel is not the best, its not reliable. The support sometime has not the requiered expertice, you need to scale a few tier until they have a guy with knodledge
The user design is antiquated and the video download file types are very limited. I would love it if I could accomplish my edits and redactions with with one tool. However, the file format for video and audio require me to use separate programs.
As I stated earlier, the user interface for NICE has not kept up with our needs, and as we look to truly engage and our workforce, we need a product that is truly intuitive.
