Flexibility in the build by department to accommodate all of our needs. Operational review by VRS to shore up weaknesses is invaluable. Ability to integrate with PeopleSoft our payroll / time keeping software has saved over 26 hours a year per agent and at least 78 hours for the timekeeper and for each supervisor per year. More importantly, we pay by log in and out time not by shift time on a schedule. The agent is at work when logged in and being paid on that log in time.

Sometimes i feel the user interface should be more minimalist so the important data can be easier to identify. The help feature could be improved to contain further details. The stats viewer option could include advanced graphics

For new people coming into the original build and learning how to scale it down to the departments using the system was time consuming until we contracted with VRS. They are the key to the system.

    Partnering with NICE for implementation, upgrade and installing smart synch over a course of time was a great experience as we worked as a team from different departments internally with the NICE engineers and the VRS representative, Emma Newman.
