I don't have experience with any other WFM platform so it's difficult to know what else is available. We are definitely able to get the job done with Calabrio. There are a few areas I'd like to see more efficiencies. I will say Calabrio is very in tune with their customers and what they are looking for and seem to do a good job documenting and road-mapping the popular requests.

- the main page tends to show 404 not found - sometimes requests to log in again too many times in a couple a hours - sometimes it takes a little bit too much to load

We do much of our long term planning in Excel because we haven't felt comfortable using the strategic planning feature. I also haven't been able to get the forecasting to work using 2 reference periods.

    This tool has all our call centers need. Great UI, easy to use, lots of digestible information that allows the call center management make educated decisions without having to dig for the information or complicated forms.

    I've worked in 5 call centres and have not seen better WFM software than Calabrio ONE. It's a good, well-rounded software suite for all employees. Very intuitive, with powerful reporting features.
