Nimble Cafe and the badges system are great. We have seen performance become a friendly competition for the badges and as a result everything works faster and better overall. The scheduling is also great as Nimble can automatically support multiple complex schedules on its own (through its AI) which does a better job than any of us.
- I like the features involved with creating and tracking projects. I like that once I access an item in my project list, I can tab through the various fields, to access attachments, as well as any activity, dialogue, and comments associated with that specific project. I also, like that I can link various related projects and group them together. - The analytic features are cool, allowing me to view data and stats regarding team projects in graph form, including pie and bar charts. - Nimble integrates well with other external applications, including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Slack. - The Kudos widget is a great way to recognize coworkers. Our team celebrates wins, and I think the Kudos feature is a great way to celebrate team wins and acknowledge individual team members. The Kudos widget includes template cards or you can create your own. I think this feature is where Nimble shines, as many teams are hybrid or fully remote, this is a great way to share accomplishments and help teams feel connected.

I do wish there was a way to export into Excel format as some of our high level reporting is done via Excel documents.
- Nimble project management system has a lot of great features, however the user interface and ease of navigation could be improved. The software looks and feels like it needs to be updated to be on par with other modern project management systems. - Also, at times the software feels sluggish and clunky. - This tool relies heavily on AI prompts to set up the workspace and conduct simple tasks, and frankly I found that annoying. - The level of customization really needs improvement. I would like to be able to customize my dashboard a lot more and remove cards and feeds that I don't use or need.
There is nothing to dislike but i think Pricing is little higher. Mobile app sometime hanged up on android devices
