NinjaOne has been an absolute game changer for our organization. We used to manage our network with alot of different tools and processes, mostly manual. Ninja has simplified everything from Help Desk, to Patching, to ticketing, and onboarding.

The patching and scripting that we use to manage our network

Sometimes it can get a little confusing when setting policies for endpoints. Knowing which settings apply to which devices and groups. Windows updates. I have a problem knowing which windows updates have been approved and how to upgrade to major versions such as 23h2 and 24h2 etc. I hate how often I have to update my Ninja Remote tool. Everytime I need to fix something quickly it seems i have to wait for an update to process before I can use it.
