They have a good home-built project tracking tool. They have knowledgeable resources, and if one does not fit our culture they are willing to work to make the necessary changes. They follow an industry standard SAP Activate project management process.

The flexibility of the team in general and their desire to match our culture, operating model, and the speed at which we want to move at. We have expanded our use of them over time as they have proven their abilities.
After go-live, they can be in a hurry to hand things off to the maintenance team and move on. As good as the SAP Activate method is, during the build period you have to ask for tracking information. Need to improve their documentation process.

I would say that the delivery execution model did not provide some of the foundational things that we were looking for as we were truly transforming our business which involved a large amount of change and we needed to work with them to increase the level of documentation and rigor in processes to ensure the change was handled to our level of expectations.
