Hyperconverged Infrastructure easy to maintain and manage & small footprint compared to 3 tier infrastructure, user friendly GUI.

support goes above and beyond expectations, ease of use, LCM ONE-CLICK-UPGRADES!

Long product SKU new development cycles. Deal registration process makes hardware procurement unnecessarily cumbersome. Lack of software licensing portability with consumption licensing schemas for service providers.

Rebuild of the Nutanix software if needed can be cumbersome & time consuming. Limitations of AHV compared to other competitors.

Our largest complaint with the product isn't with the product it is with the OEM Vendor purchase and the integrated support which goes through them instead of directly with Nutanix.

Product is very robust and very easy to deploy, and once it's deployed it will run forever without any issues. Most importantly the local snapshot feature where you can stay as you want and update the process through LCM which is great.
