The platform also provides native apps for iPhone and Android, facilitating sales representatives to manage contact details on-the-go. In 2021, Nutshell introduced a new feature, Nutshell Marketing. Utilizing Nutshell Marketing, users can construct and send marketing emails, manage automated drip sequences, and monitor their engagement directly within Nutshell, linking directly to the users' CRM data to enable easy audience targeting and unified outreach management. Launched in 2010, Nutshell is utilized by many businesses globally.

Tracking ability and follow up reminders are extremely helpful in the quoting process through completed sale.

It helps streamline our lead management. The built in email marketing capability, even though it lacks in some design aspects. The analytic tools.

Love the simplicity behind the pipelines and automations you can embed to be impactful and do more for sales orgs.

Dislike

Improvements could be made with regards to extracting an overhead quick view of every account that is touched on a given day. For example, if a sales manager wanted to see how many contacts a sales person logged in one day without needing any extra fine detail about each interaction.

The email integration and the difficulty in navigating responses. The lack of design capability in the email marketing blasts.

I was going to comment on the lead view but they just updated this last month - so far the only thing now missing is a better task flow but the task manager itself is solid.

    This is actually a really solid CRM - the features are easy to understand. It is easy to navigate, and the leverage you get with the Engage bundled in and SMS notifications is huge. Really impressed with their Support also that is ba surpirse every time I have a question they are there to help.
