WE have had a very positive experience with Observe.AI overall. The platform has significantly improved our contact center quality assurance process through automation and the insights we get from the AI. Previously it really took a lot of time lisstening to calls and scoring them. But now this is all streamlines, consistent and driven by the valuable data! Implementation was quite structures and well layed-out. Customer success has helped us well, they have been responsive to our needs. When it comes to AI Accuracy for call transcription and the sentiment analysis, I am very happy with it, it has helped us identify coaching opportunities and compliance risks. There are still some problems from time to time especially around complexity and fine-tuning evaluation scorecards, but overall the value delivered really outweighs these friction points. I can see that they are continuing to build the product further, which is a great thing to see.

Processing time is faster compared to similar products I have used in the past. Engagement with the team at all levels is excellent.

As both a user and administrator, I find Observe.AI to be intuitive and data rich which has helped to significantly improve efficiency, coaching quality and operational insight. The AI coaching notes feature is something I'm looking forward to implementing for my organization. Early testing of the feature shows promising results, moreover, when tying in how the support from Observe.AI's product, project manager and engineering team has been with helping to get the feature fully ready for release; adds more meaning to how awesome the customer service has been.

1. The customisation can be complex, for instance adjusting scorecards and logic requires deeper config than expecte. 2. Sometimes there are inaccuracies in the transcriptions, I think this happens with almost all AI tools, but I hope this gets better quick 3. Advanced reporting, I'd like to see more of this out of the box

Inability to incorporate other moments, metadata, and advanced operators (NOT LIKE) in Moment building.

There is an opportunity to continue enhancing AI action steps and calibration tools to help leaders more quickly interpret and confidently act on AI generated insights. Also, opportunity to streamline reporting and navigation across advanced features (like analyze, Gen AI studio, moments), especially for administrators supporting multiple stakeholder groups.

Times when new features were launched, the customer success partner from Observe provided quick and easy to understand updates which included timeline for new features to launch, their intent and value associated with the features. The platform is consistently reliable and the reporting capabilities, Gen AI features and moment detections are consistently accurate and scalable.
