Okta offers a large amount of configuration capability when it comes to IAM. We have been able to leverage a lot of their granular controls (auth polices + rules, device trust, OIG, etc.) to really tighten up on security for our users. That being said, it feels like they have lost some momentum when it comes to fully rounding out and and polishing their product suite to create a more seamless experience and operational efficiency. They are making some strides, but the pace feels slow.

Okta Workforce Identity is is really a great platform for SSO for most applications in the market. It is very easy to set up and there is plenty of integration and it is very easy to use and very easy to deploy.
