I liked that the basic features are pretty easy to manage. Setting up a new user/set/voicemial box, for example, is pretty simple.

- High price for certain applications and post-sale support, especially for the recording solution. - High price of Professional Services for certain added-value applications. - Poor integration with the OpenTouch solution.
