It's easy to use, segmentation builder is nice and fast, price is affordable, and has 24/7 support which is nice if I have a technical question or encounter a potential area for improvement so I can share feedback.
Landing page creation is good and easy to use.
You can integrate Omnisend with almost any of the main CMS providers. The connectors that they provide make it a breeze to configure. The support they have for the product also makes it easy to get help with any questions or support you need.
Reporting/analytics is the main area where Omnisend lacks currently, but I heard they're working on it and should have a new more robust reporting by end of this year.
Although everything is well developed, I feel that integration with social media platforms and domain management need to be improved.
Although it has a lot of the main features that you can use with most marketing products, there are some finer grain details that they don't provide. Enhancing the products toolkit for additional features or functionality would be helpful specifically around email marketing.
