The integrations with calendars and automated reminders are helpful. It also comes with an option for our students to reschedule their appointment without having to contact us directly so it really helps both students and our team's time.
I like that you can create a Master page along with multiple different event types and that each event type can have its own communications, settings, and users. I also like that each user can set really detailed availability along with syncing with their calendar of choice. Their standard reporting functionality is also really useful and you can easily chop the data up in a number of ways i.e. to check on specific pages, visit types, users, etc. OnceHub also has good security in that it has an audit trail for visits, you can lock down permissions, and enable 2FA. You can also customize the pages in dozens if not hundreds of different ways. The system is also very intuitive for customers to use and we have received no complaints on that front.
This is a robust solution for any company that needs a booking system. The product has many features that are customizable. They also support a robust API and webhook integration. Our internal system has real time updates now.
I noticed that once a scheduled session time has passed, the system automatically marks it as completed, even if the student did not attend. This makes it look like the meeting happened, even if it didn't. Additionally, the platform is easy to use but the user interface could be more modern.
The system can be very complicated to set up, especially for highly regulated fields (clinical research). Each visit type can have dozens of forms and each one is highly customizable. While this seems nice, it means that setting up each type of visit and each booking page or master page can take a long time and there are lots of places to double check for accuracy. The system does not allow you to change the status of a visit after the visit time. For example, if you do not mark a visit as canceled or no-show before the visit time or shortly after, that visit will show as completed forever. This is a nightmare for reporting and tracking purposes. Further, while OnceHub has the much needed functionality of reassigning visits - it does not work with integrations meaning that it is of almost no use at all. i.e. you can change the assigned user in OnceHub, but that will not update the Webex link so neither party will be able to correctly access the new meeting. Lastly, a user must have admin rights to be able to see everyone's visits and to access any reporting functionality, there is no in-between role that allows that (even though there is a team lead role - it does not give this functionality). This means that if you need your team to be informed or able to check on each others' visits, they must be able to also fully change anything in the system which is not ideal. The users themselves cannot overwrite any scheduling functionality i.e. if you set up a visit type to only be scheduled with 48 hours notice, a user can't go in and schedule one for today. This is incredibly frustrating for all involved. Finally, once you decide on the resourcing model you want for a page, you can't change it ever. You have to completely redo the page.
The pricing tiers. It can get expensive with the higher tiers. You cannot pick and choose which features you want.

Exploring Oncehub: A Deep Dive into Its Features and Limitations
My company uses Oncehub as a scheduling software. It gets the job done and the reporting features are easy to use and understand. It also has the ability to integrate with Gmeet or Webex which is useful. It is incredibly customizable, perhaps to its own detriment. However, there are certain aspects that make it very frustrating to use such as no ability to mark a visit as a different status once the visit time passes, a breakdown in reassignment ability, and the need for admin access in order to see other users' visits.
