The visibility it gives during the contract stage. In hotels, timing is everything, and seeing exactly when a candidate opens or signs their contract helps us keep the hiring timeline on track. I'd like slightly more control over formatting when building contract templates so they mirror our HR layout more closely. This does not affect how well the system works, but finer styling would help keep documents fully aligned with brand standards.

The fact that every document needs to be sent and signed separately, the fact that when you go to add a counterparty, company is the first option, not an individual and it does not work as well for my company; Also, an option to sign from another company account would be good or to send presigned documents.
