I enjoy the ability to add additional comment text fields and can have options on whether these additional fields are required or optional. I also like the web based program and the ease of access from anywhere you have internet. I like the fact that this product has been designed with user comfort in mind. I also like the ability to share or not share templates and layouts. It is a very effective tool, extremely easy to use and absolutely customer friendly. The ability to have customers sign documents without having to print, scan, and email the document. I like that it is easy to use! Things like enforcing the signing order are easy to understand and do. I also like that the product builds trust with potential customers through its secure platform.

Integration with existing environment was a challenge. Can have more customized and automated templates UI can be more user friendly.
Read Full ReviewIt would be great if it were more liberal in choosing options and privileges and flexible with local administrators to solve user problems. I don't like that I have to keep resizing the button for certain lines. Also sometimes the server can be slow to load when signing or developing a document.

Very Happy With OneSpan!
I am really happy with our experience with OneSpan so far. It has saved a lot of hassle trying to obtain signed documents, either by mail or in-person, which has been particularly important during the pandemic.
