The support service team at Onestream used to be very responsive, however I have found that as OS grows the support team responses have lagged, our resolution time used to be much faster now it takes about 24 hours just to get responses and this could be because of a time difference. But in the end there is always a resolution which is great.

It's very intuitive to use. Also, the data is all connected.

I used to be a former admin, the UI for OS is much better, the speed and all the different things you can do is phenomenal.

Speed of calculation/computation, dynamic drill down, flexibility, friendly user interface, customization capabilities, and ease of learning

Nothing thus far

Form input is sometimes tedious, but that is something we can re-design. Building cubeviews and Dashboards concepts for me is hard to grasp since there is so much to it (build components, then templates and groups)

Re-coding account structure can be difficult if upstream/downstream inputs change
