That I do not need a separate device - it is just an app on my phone. I also love that there is a phone number folks can call from any line to page me.
fast message delivery functionality to delete all messages easy to set up and fast to see
The ability to change ring tones to differentiate between high and low priority is nice. So is changing the ringer volume between the two. We do not currently use the schedule option, but that could come in handy so that users can get alerted even if they forget that they are on call.
Unless I have not figured it out already, it would be great to be able to change the alarm ring tone.
lack of capability to customize alarms for specific sectors of the hospital such as ER, Floors.
Sometimes the alerts continue to go off even after the message has been seen and acknowledged. An additional priority tier could be added as well but items that are not high but need to be seen to at a medium priority.
