OnPage has been fantastic. We needed a paging system for our research study for shared on-call shifts. The paging system has been very reliable for the several years we have been using their system. OnPage staff are really responsive when we have reached out with questions or when we needed assistance.

1. Enjoyed that everything I needed was on one platform. 2. No connectivity issues during usage of product. 3. I enjoyed seeing other clinicians that were available on the platform.

In earlier years some phone brands/operating systems required different tricks to allow notifications to come through. We have not had this issue recently and OnPage was always available to help navigate. I cannot think of anything else that I would change or improve.

No support. No online chat available. Trouble shooting videos did not address issue I was having.
