My Overall experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot has been excellent and i rate it five out of five star. Even when evaluated against the NO-code Agent builder (NCAB) Criteria, Copilot delivers strong value by enabling users in the energy sector to create helpful, task-oriented workflows and AI-driven assistance without coding, all while maintaining strict security, governance and compliance controls. As both user and an admin, i have seen significant productivity improvements across outlook, teams, SharePoint and other M365 apps, especially for documentation, reporting and knowledge retrieval. Strong data protections and intuitive no-code capabilities make it highly effective NCAB-aligned solution for enterprise environment.

Overall, it was a great experience working with the Asana team on AI teammates. They were incredibly receptive to feedback on the product and hands on when we needed assistance and training.

Gemini shows strong potential but the experience has been inconsistent. Frequent hiccups, slow responses and unreliable handling of tasks make it harder to depend on day to day work, even on the Pro version which is not that very cheap
