While powerful, the platform can feel complex at times. It is not easy for beginners. The learning curve is steep, especially for business users who are not as technical. Upgrades and patching can also be time-consuming, and the documentation could be more user-friendly. In some cases, weve needed to rely heavily on specialized consultants to fully unlock the platforms capabilities, which has added to the cost and effort.
