Single sign on. Candidly, there is not much to like.
Its easy to create forms that capture lead information and create robust lists of contacts, and I like their customer support, they are very responsive and ready to help.
After sales service took a bit longer in response.
It is not intuitive, it is slow, there are no integrations with third parties that help our sales team work more efficiently, and they are not very innovative. Additionally, very concerned that CX is not Oracle's focus, especially with the acquisition of Cerner.
If you are a new user there might be a slight learning curve to get everything set up the way you want.
