I feel Oracle Planning is easy to configure and provide range of governance and controls. Prebuild Models are useful if you don't have process in place, their best practices can be configured to your need. What if's are easily configurable. Integration is quite flexible and provides a variety of choices be in Data Management to cloud based Rest API's. Performance is excellent with in memory database. It has got a good IPM which leverages predictive and AI.
