I like how it makes multiple department can work in one place such as HR, Finance and other the automation saves me from doing repetitive tasks also as of its cloud based nature I can access it from anywhere.

It is uniformal, once you learned it, it stays pretty much the same in different institutions

I like its simplicity to use and its user interface plus the customization options make it flexible to fit different business needs.

I experience sometimes customization needs extra technical support also while handling large dataset the performance can get compromised.

too complicated, too many bugs, updates don't fix issues but bring other ones

Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow when loading a large report and it also takes time to get used to all the features at first.
