The cloud-native nature of the system, moving from a dated in-house ERP, provides an integrated suite for finance, HR and supply chain.
The system provides real-time visibility across finance, procurement, etc., which helps improve decision making and reduces duplication of efforts. Automation saves significant time and enhances accuracy. Regular cloud updates ensure we have the latest features and security enhancements without the need of heavy IT involvement
User Interface, apart from being not so compelling in terms of mere graphics, also proved to be a little intuitive for some functionality, e.g. Purchase Order management process being overcomplicated/overbureaucreatized
The UI is a bit outdated for a cloud-native application, the implementation was a bit complex and it needs a steep learning curve.
While the system is powerful, new users often find it hard to work with, and training is essential before you can work effectively. The implementation process is also a bit lengthy and resource consuming, requiring investment in time and expertise
