Its intuitive tools and strong functionality make complex tasks much more efficient.
UI - easy to navigate and use, well liked by our team vs. other tools in the past
1. Centralized knowledge repository 2. Strong integration with fusion apps 3. Role-based Access & Version Control
In my experience, Oracle tends to be pretty heavy on resources. It can easily eat up a lot of memory and CPU compared to other databases. If you really want it to run smoothly, you have to spend time tuning it properly and honestly, it usually needs stronger hardware just to perform at the level you expect.
Cost -- not cheap , although most oracle products are not
1. Inconsistent and sometimes slow search performance 2. Complex setup and configuration 3. Cumbersome Content Management Experience
