Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Likes & Dislikes
What I enjoy most about Microsoft's Customer Service programs is that they help my team leverage the power of AI to help my customers get answers anytime, on any day, from any device.
The system is easy to work with, and I can manage it along with other Microsoft applications.
The best part of this program is its ability to work seamlessly with other Microsoft branded products, allowing easy cross platform usage. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer service also offers great team customer support systems and innovative AI-powered features that our team loved.
One of the main challenges that my team has faced with regard to the initial roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service package is all of the siloed or perhaps inaccurate information that we posses because that has led to a frustrating customer service experience.
Some functions are very difficult to use and some customizations take a long time.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer service does have a pretty steep learning curve when implementing this program. This alone could discourage customers when onboarding this program. High cost is another drawback for our company, though the service is strong enough that this could be worth the cost for some.
