What I enjoy most about Microsoft's Customer Service programs is that they help my team leverage the power of AI to help my customers get answers anytime, on any day, from any device.
This is a platform that allows for easy tracking of projects. It is also easy to pull reports for a multitude of different tasks.
The integration with Microsoft's suite of tools is nice, and the native links to Power BI make it a very powerful one-stop-shop for servicing customer needs and managing data.
