Learning Curve Because of its depth and breadth, training HR teams and end users is often essential to getting the most out of the system otherwise workflows may be under-utilized or misconfigured.

I personally felt some navigation issues with the systems, also it has lack of mobile support for some tasks & it suffers occasional crashes which is not good for UX.
