Transitioning From On-Premise to Cloud: Team Support and Learning Experience

5.0
Nov 18, 2025
We were setting up cloud for the 1st time after working on On-premise middleware and OCI market place. Oracle team really stepped in to make us comfortable with the product. Even Oracle LIFT Team (Architects) joined us to give us a session to make sure we gain full knowledge of the product. Initially we encountered a few issues with some features due to our implementation based files and evets. We raised these concerns with Oracle and as promised they were able to resolve them in upcoming patches. As both an admin and a user of the product in my org, the user friendly option really helped me to handle issues independently. Both OCU and OIC are very intuitive and easy to understand, even for those without a middleware background.

Successful Integrations Achieved with Oracle OIC Across Multiple Data Exchange Methods

    5.0
    Nov 17, 2025
Our experience has been superb with OIC, its capabilities and the resources Oracle has provided to get us off the ground. We have tried three integrations, a SQL based business object, an API endpoint established in OIC and a file to file conversion with delivery to an endpoint and all 3 have been successful.
