“NetSuite ERP Supports Business Growth for Most Companies”

5.0
Apr 30, 2026
NetSuite ERP has evolved greatly over the years - the current state of the platform has internal solutions or third party applications available in most key business processes. In addition, the platform can be highly customized for a variety of types of business processes, and now also integrates with Oracle EPM as well. We have been able to scale from a single subsidiary with Millions in revenue to a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, publicly traded company with over a Billion in revenue without switching platforms. We have purchased other companies, been purchased ourselves, and then spun off in an IPO within the same instance using NetSuite OneWorld. As we continue to scale, we see no need to change our ERP platform - instead, the platform continues to evolve with our business. We have a fantastic partnership with our Oracle / NetSuite Account Team and managed support services as well.

“Unified Data Management With NetSuite Offsets Interface and Cost Challenges”

3.0
Feb 12, 2026
While NetSuite has successfully centralized our operations across Finance, Logistics, and Customer Care, providing the essential scale our growing business requires, it comes with a significant resources commitment. We found that the platform necessitated heavy customization to align with our specific business needs, leading to a high total cost of ownership when factoring in both license fees and ongoing maintenance. It is a powerful tool for enterprise-level synchronization, provided you are prepared for the substanital financial and technical investment required to manage it.

With Oracle NetSuite ERP we could experience increased visibility and control over the business. The process efficiency is another gain that we can mention. As a Global organization, our main objective in implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP solution was to consolidate financials across multiple affiliates' legal entities and this was fully achieved (Centralized System).

Performance of Oracle NetSuite ERP Across Market Features

Oracle NetSuite ERP Likes & Dislikes

Like

1. The platform can be customized easily using low-code options. 2. There are variety of customized applications that easily integrate - so I can keep NetSuite as more core ERP hub, as my connected applications change over time. 3. New AI features are continuing to be added!

Like

NetSuite greatest strength lies in its ability to act as a unified single source of truth for the entire organization. By providing robust integrations across disparate departments like finance, logistics and customer care, it ensures that both our data and our people remain perfectly synchronized. This seamless flow of information has been essential for maintaining operational alignment as we scale.

Like

We can mention as the key positive aspects in Oracle NetSuite ERP Solution the Performance & Scalability, acting as a solid backbone for business, with successful scaling from small teams to hundreds of employees. Another important aspect to highlight is the customization: a major benefit is its flexibility, allowing business to adapt the software to their specific workflows.

Dislike

1. Not optimal solution for complex manufacturing setups 2. Somewhat cumbersome process to manage / refresh test environments 3. Difficulty in removing legacy code

Dislike

One downside is the high licensing cost and the effort required to maintain integrations. Additionally, the user interface is dated and lacks a modern aesthetic, which impacts the daily user experience.

Dislike

As a Global organization, we can justify (and it works) the costs related to Oracle NetSuite ERP solution, but it can be high cost for smaller organizations. Another aspect to be considered (and planned) is the complex setup, once the initial configuration can be demanding and requires expertise. IT should be prepared to contribute in the project.
