The product seems like it's unfinished. It lacks many functionality from other tools, the performance is not the best, the integration with other applications is very difficult and slow. For example: for our company, it's impossible to create a mobile app on top of CX due to synchronization problems (wrong data and slow performance), making it impossible to synchronize the required data. The customizations are also very difficult to perform. There was no multi organization until not so long ago, until they were pushed to include it. Finally, there's almost no one with experience as integrator.

It's somehow customizable, the performance to load data into the product is good, big buttons to navigate to places
