Ease of use is a huge strength. It is very easy to input accounts and then start mapping relationships from there. The LinkedIn integration is perfect as almost everyone is already there. The UI is also fresh and easy to gather data from.
I really like the relationship mapping tool. It helps me and the team visualize all the relevant and connected contacts we have with a potential client or company. Excited to see where this can take us over the long term.
Was easy to use, and easy to teach others in how to use and improve out time to market in HR. Was great to update and get up to date all hierarchies and people in the position
Overall there are not too many things to dislike as it can autopopulate alot of things. It would be nice to be able to integrate with some other CRMs (like Microsofts).
Features may be on the more basic side, and data was slow to load at times. However, the customer success team is very responsive to feedback and has pushed updates improving the platform.
Sometimes we need additional features that are promised in the future releases. must wait
