The implementation was very simple, the tool was able to accommodate many of the customizations we had built into Salesforce, and the support we received to help us while we built out our use case was extremely helpful
1) Native in Salesforce. 2) Visibility of status and action plans. 3) Enables easier compliance to our sales process. 4) Highly configurable - for example, we have different playbooks that are appropriate for the different market segments we pursue.
The Playbook helps us mitigate against risk in the sales process. By overlaying it into our CRM, we have been able to evaluate which customer targets to pursue first, and identify where we have the best opportunities to sell into existing clients.
So far I don't have any complaints!
It was a manual process to move our existing account plans into Squivr, but worth it in the end.
Occasionally, we find ourselves looking for enablement resources online. That said, their support team is very responsive and always able to address our questions when we need them.
