I have been using OrgChart for over eight years now and love it! It is user friendly, intuitive, easy to maneuver and that I can export via word or pdf. I use an API with our HRIS and I love that it is real time. I also appreciate the point-in-time feature for analytics.

Creately is a really good, fully-featured tool for a whole host of tasks. I use it mainly for freeform flowcharts, website wireframing and mindmaps. It's very easy to lay these out quickly and simply. There are a huge range of different tools and shapes and the platform is frequently updated to include quite advanced features for creating full project plans.

Smart draw is a flexible platform for charting, wire framing and systems architecture diagrams that has been used successfully by a dozen users in our organization.
